Layaway Agreement

When you purchase the PAY-D-LAY Layaway plan, you will be emailed a license key which you would need to proceed with the layaway agreement. Please fill out the layaway agreement as completely and fully as possible. Make sure that all information related to the layaway purchase is complete so all parties understand and is accepting of the layaway terms.

Some Retailers like to utilize our "Layaway Short Form". Use our short form to take down the customers information, and layaway details. This is useful if the retailer doesn't have the time to fill out the layaway agreement on the spot, and would like to fill it out later in the day.
