PAY-D-LAY Layaway Today! Is a convenient and easy solution for both retailers and customers to enter into a layaway sale. Our layaway platform is the the simpliest layaway plan on the market today. 

Any retailer or service of any size or type can use our service, and of course any customer who wishes to purchase something on a layaway basis. As long as the retailer and customer both equally agree to go forward with a layaway purchase, PAY-D-LAY is the perfect solution.

Potentially any type of retail or service business can use our service. Examples are Furniture Stores, Appliance Stores, Cell Phone Stores, Clothing Stores, Jewelry Stores, Bike Shops, Vape Shops, Misc. Retail, Caterers, Cleaners, Hair & Nail Salons, Computer Repair, Any type of Service Business. We can accomodate online and offline business.

First you have to see if your retailer will accept a layaway sale, and then if they would accept using PAY-D-LAY for the transaction. If they do then you just communicate the details of the layaway sale and let the PAY-D-LAY system do the rest. The retailer or seller is the party that  sets up the layaway plan through PAY-D-LAY. The retailer and customer must come to a verbal agreement before continuing with the PAY-D-LAY system.

We are the most affordable layaway system on the market today! The PAY-D-LAY itself is only $5.95, which is a flat fee, regardless of your total layaway amount. Please keep in mind that your retailer might charge fees on their own. Please ask the retailer or seller if there are any extra fees on their end.

PAY-D-LAY does not charge any additional fees whatsoever. We do not charge any fees, interest charges, percentage of the layaway purchase, or any other type of fees, to either the customer or retailer. Other than the small one time initial charge, there is never any other fee charged by PAY-D-LAY.

We never do!  PAY-D-LAY does NOT check the customers credit ever. We do NOT ask for  any personal credit information such as the customers social security number or date of birth. Credit worthiness is not a factor in being accepted with PAY-D-LAY.  Everyone Qualifies!

No Never! Payments by customer, are made directly to the retailer. PAY-D-LAY does not collect or automatically deduct any installment payments ever. That is strictly between the customer and the retailer. PAY-D-LAY will never ask for any bank account information at any time.

All payments are made directly to the retailer, on the terms layed out in the layaway agreement, between the purchasing customer and participating retailer. Payments are always made directly to the retailer, and never to PAY-D-LAY itself. 

Every customer who purchases a layaway plan on the PAY-D-LAY platform, is issued a unique license key, via email immediately after purchase, or issued by retailer themselves. The license key is issued only once for every customer and every purchase. The license key secures your purchase and is matched to you specifically. It identifies your purchase on the PAY-D-LAY platform, and is not shared with any other third party. All purchases on the PAY-D-LAY platform are secure and the license key is a protective way to shield and guard your layaway purchase.

When a verbal agreement is made between the retailer and the customer, it is then time to document the layaway plan through the PAY-D-LAY agreement. When the agreement is completely filled out and submitted, the entire agreement is then immediately emailed to both the retailer and the customer. This way both parties can always go back to reference the terms of the layaway plan made.

Mistakes happen and can be easily rectified. If you find that your agreement has an error, or something that you didn't verbally agree upon, just notify the retailer of the error, and they should fix the error. The layaway agreement can be revised at any time by the retailer, as long as the main information is still the same.

Not every retailer is willing to sell on a layaway basis. The best answer is to find another retailer that is willing to sell on layaway, with PAY-D-LAY.

If your favorite retailer is not familiar with our service, that is fine, and they can use our layaway plan at any time immediately on the spot. Any store can use PAY+D+LAY at any time. There is no sign up process for the retailer, and the store and the customer can use PAY+D+LAY at any time on the spot.
